A gua sha is an ancient Chinese medical device made of jade stone or rose quartz. It is used for facial massages stimulating and draining your lymphatic system. The steps are provided:
Begin at the chin, and glide the gua sha along your jawline and up to your ear.
Glide the gua sha behind the earlobe, and down the neck.
Perform these steps three times.
